In a #small pot{}, combine @white rice{1%cup}, @chicken stock concentrate{1%packet}, ¾%cup water, ¼%tsp @turmeric{1%tsp}, and a pinch of @salt{1%tsp}. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender ~{15%minutes}. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

Wash and dry produce. Trim and finely dice @mini cucumber{1%piece}. Quarter @lemon{1%piece}. Pick and roughly chop fronds from @dill{1%bunch}.

In a #small bowl{}, combine cucumber, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, @yogurt{1%cup}, half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}, juice from one lemon wedge, and a pinch of dill. Season with salt and @black pepper{1%tsp}.
